I've been on quite a journey to get here! It's been one of self-discovery, recovery, acceptance and healing, filled with highs and lows. I've learned a lot along the way, not just life's lessons, but some cool skills like Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching and many types of Massage.
I have seen first hand how powerful each technique is in its' own right, however when combined they are much more powerful.
I merge energy work, with bodywork and sprinkle a little mindset magic around like glitter, for a truly unique experience.
My clinic is home based, and there is a curious and sometime naughty cat who might come and say "Hi".

I had a massage with Lorraine today, it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived she was so warm and welcoming, which immediately helped me relax. She created such a calm and safe space, and throughout the treatment I truly felt held and cared for.
Her presence is very gentle and grounding, and you can really feel the intention and care she puts into her work. I left feeling relaxed, lighter in my body, and very grateful for the experience.
