At RE NU MI, we’re a heart‑centred wellness space offering massage reiki, coaching & natural therapies designed to bring you back to a place of peace.
I’ve been on quite a journey to get here, one filled with self‑discovery, recovery, acceptance and healing.
Along the way I’ve gathered skills I now pour into my work, including Hypnotherapy, Coaching, Reiki and a variety of massage techniques.
I’ve seen how powerful each modality is on its own, but when combined they create something truly transformative. I blend energy work with bodywork and sprinkle a little mindset magic like glitter, creating a unique experience that supports both body and mind.
My clinic is home‑based, warm and relaxed, and you may meet my curious (and occasionally naughty) cat who likes to say hello.
Every session is personalised, intuitive and grounded in genuine care. If you’re looking for someone approachable, supportive and invested in helping you feel good, I’d love to welcome you to the RE NU MI family.

I had a massage with Lorraine today, it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived she was so warm and welcoming, which immediately helped me relax. She created such a calm and safe space, and throughout the treatment I truly felt held and cared for.
